Join in the pilot. Keep the lower rate.

Same product, same promises. The only thing that changes on January 1, 2027 is the monthly price for new members. Members who join during the pilot keep their pilot rate for as long as they stay active. Your directory listing is included. There is no separate listing fee.

What waiting costs a merchant. Growth is KES 15,000 a month during the pilot and KES 25,000 from January 1, 2027. That is KES 10,000 more every month, or KES 120,000 more over the first year, for exactly the same membership.

Starter vendors are not covered by the no-loss guarantee. The guarantee applies to businesses at the Growth and Pro levels.

Growth, for merchants

Your shop's front door, filing cabinet and follow-up.

Keep selling the way you do today, on WhatsApp, on M-Pesa, over the counter. Nexus adds a local listing, tools to run the business, and a link to the church and the businesses in your zone.

  • Your own website and a community sign for your shop window.

  • A customer list and pipeline so you see who is a lead, who is a customer and who needs a follow-up.

  • Bookings and payments customers can book with you online and pay you.

  • Marketing and automation follow-ups and reminders that send themselves.

  • One shared inbox for email and text, so nothing is lost in a phone.

  • Customer reviews and priority placement in the church-zone directory.

The no-loss guarantee

If reported directory spending is short, we refund the gap.

Over your first 12 months, we track the business the directory sends you. If it adds up to less than the dues you paid, we refund the difference, and your second year of membership is free.

Applies to businesses at the Growth and Pro levels. Organizations (CBOs, NGOs and PBOs) have their own earn-back income track instead. It does not apply to vendors and home-based businesses or to free Launch members. It is measured on spending reported through the program and is not a promise of any particular number of customers.

Neighbours and churches spend with members

Churches funded by Nexus must spend the directory part of their stipend with member businesses, and 25–30% of member dues pays for visible work in your zone, carried out by the partner church.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this a charity or an NGO?

No. Nexus is a for-profit membership company. Members get tools and customers. As our own commitment, 25–30% of member dues funds visible work in the zone, carried out by the partner church.

Do I have to stop using WhatsApp or M-Pesa?

No. Keep using both. Nexus does not replace them. It adds a local listing, business tools and a link to the churches and businesses in your zone.

How do I pay for my membership?

Membership is paid online by card. If a card does not work for you, email sales@nexushighstack.com and we will tell you what else is possible. We do not take payment outside the checkout page.

What if I join and the directory brings me nothing?

Businesses at the Growth and Pro levels are covered by the no-loss guarantee. In the published example, a member pays KES 180,000 in the first 12 months, KES 135,000 comes back through the directory, and Nexus refunds the KES 45,000 gap. That is an example, not a promise of a result. Starter is not covered.

What happens on January 1, 2027?

New members pay the regular rates shown above. If you join before then, your monthly rate stays at the pilot rate for as long as you stay active.

Why is there a set-up fee?

It is a one-time fee charged with your first payment, and it is shown in the price cards above so nothing is a surprise. It is not charged during the free trial.

I am a very small business. Is Growth too much?

Then start with Starter. It is a real website, customer list and payments for a vendor, and you can move up later. Starter is not covered by the no-loss guarantee.

Can I leave?

The pilot rate is locked for as long as you stay active. The cancellation terms are written in our Terms of Service.
